    Follow Along with the Message

    1. Everyone   something. (vv.22-23)

Ecclesiastes 3:11, “He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their hearts…”

Romans 1:22-23, “..they became fools, and exchanged  the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible mankind...”

Humanity’s hunger for worship proves that people seek something greater than themselves.  He is the GOD of all people.

    1. All people share one   and one  . (vv.25b-26a)

Malachi 2:10, “Do we not all have one Father? Is it not one God who has created us?”

Ephesians 2:14-16, “For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one…so that in Himself He might make the two one new person…”

There are not many different gods for many different peoples.  There is one Maker, one Lord, and one Source of life.  He is THE God of all people.

    1. God orders history to   and redeem, not to   and condemn. (vv.26b-27)

Daniel 2:21, “It is He who changes the times and the periods…”

Galatians 4:4, “But when the fullness of the time came, God sent His Son…”

Revelation 5: 9-10 “And they sang a new song, saying, ‘…You purchased people for God with Your blood from every tribe, language, people, and nation...”

God’s desire has always been to gather; to redeem, not to reject. He is the God of ALL people.

    1. God   His plan and   his promise through the risen Christ. (vv.30-31)

Luke 24:46-47, “So it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise from the dead…and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations…”

God is completing His plan and confirming His promise through Jesus Christ—the Savior, the Lord, and the hope of every nation.  HE is the God of all people.
