Our responsibility is not merely to preserve buildings. It is to build upon the foundation laid, and that requires obedience.

Anybody can worship during blessing. Faith is revealed during suffering. 

If He remains our foundation, then no storm can ultimately destroy what God has built.

Will future generations be grateful that we protected our preferences? Or grateful that we strengthened the foundation?
