Follow Along with the Message

The largest sections of the Gospels are dedicated to the betrayal, arrest, and crucifixion of Christ. In John's gospel, this begins in Chapter 13.

In God’s kingdom, greatness is not measured by how many serve us, but by how far we are willing to stoop in love to serve others.

Jesus shows his believers that in the kingdom of God, authority and power rightly exercised are poured out in love.

Jesus says, Before I Go You Need to Know that…

  1. Kingdom Greatness is   Service to  .

John 13 and Philippians 2 paint the portrait of a Savior who has not come to set up his own kingdom for his own profit and praise; instead, Jesus the servant ushers in a kingdom built on a life given for others through humble service.

Serving is a part of the DNA of intentional disciples.

Humble service to others also means allowing others to humbly serve you.
