Youth group isn't just a place to hang out on weekends or on Wednesday nights.
It’s your space, and it should be built by you. Whether you’re in 7th grade or a high school senior, you don't need a fancy title or years of experience to be a leader. You just need a voice, a passion, and a desire to make things happen.
We’re launching the HGSM Student Leadership Council, and every single one of you is invited to take your seat at the table.
Here is why we need you:
- Shape the Vibe: Plan the events, trips, and game nights you actually want to do.
- Find Your Voice: Learn how to lead, speak up, and organize meaningful projects.
- Include Everyone: Help us make sure every student who walks through our doors feels welcome and seen.
- Build Your Future: Gain real-world leadership skills which will look great on high school, college, and job applications.
BTW, leadership isn't about being the loudest person in the room, it’s about caring enough to make a difference. Whether you're an extravert, a behind-the-scenes planner, or somewhere in between, there is a place for you here.
