Women's Ministry
Tablescapes is an evening for the ladies of Hunters Glen and their guests to fellowship around a themed table, dine over a catered meal, and hear an encouraging message. Kristen Welch the founder of Mercy House Global will share about their ministry that began as maternity home in Kenya and has expanded to orphans, widows, and refugees.
Hosts will creatively decorate their table with a theme of their choosing. Ideas to decorate include a life-long collection, alma maters, exquisite China, favorite holidays, travel, or some other creative option. Each host will have a total of eight at their table. Hosts are encouraged to fill their own table or understand that individual registrants will fill seats. Hosts will be able to list their guest list on the online form or later with the Tablescapes Team.
Table guests sign up to be seated at a friend's table or you can be assigned at random.
Cracker Barrel will cater the dinner with cheesecake for dessert. Please list any food allergies on the online form.
Childcare is available if registered.
Tickets are $20 per person.
When you arrive at the event you will be able to purchase handmade items from the Hunters Glen Threads ministry and Mercy House Global will also have items available for purchase.
Doors open at 5:45 and dinner will be served at 6:30.
