Dominican Republic Mission Trip 2024
All Church Event Family Young Adults Missions
Cost: $1800 (Includes airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, etc.)
**Valid passport required for entry. (Online passport application currently
takes about six weeks to process.)
Ages: Completed 9th grade and up.
- Students who have completed 9th or 10th grades may participate if accompanied
by a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian. - Students who have completed 11 th and 12th grades may participate if parents sign
appropriate waivers. (HGBC will provide the paperwork.) - College through adults of all ages-No special requirements.
STCH Ministries International is committed to the care and development of orphans and atrisk
children through evangelism and loving interactions; providing needed resources such
as food, medical and dental clinics, and training for parents and teachers; and construction
projects for orphanages, schools, and churches.
Possible Ministry Opportunities Include:
- Medical and dental clinics
- Vacation Bible Schools and other children's activities
- Orphanage visits and home visits of sponsored children
- Construction, repairs, and maintenance to orphanages and Christian schools
Accommodations: Motel-style rooms and/or dorm-style rooms on church property. Rooms
are air-conditioned and bathrooms have hot water.
Campaign costs include local transportation, accommodations, meals, and plenty of water.
Not Included: meals in airport, additional snacks or drinks, souvenirs.
